[Users] Ubuntu problems with QLogic InfiniPath QMH7342

I was using stock Ubuntu server (versions 12.04.2, 12.10 and 13.04), why come with kernel version 3.5 and 3.8 for Ubuntu 13.04. In terms of the OFED version, i pulled it from the Ubuntu PPA:

The same testing worked fine with the following card: Mellanox Technologies MT26428. It's QLogic card which seems not to like Ubuntu. 

As to the working CentOS on the same servers - it was working with 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 with a bunch of different OFED version from 1.5.3 to 3.5.0. Apart from the random times for port Activation I do not have any issues with CentOS.

It is odd that the physical state is “disabled”… What are the kernel versions for Ubuntu (not working) and CentOS (working; also what is the OFED version)? 

Could you run this script from OFED after the driver is loaded?
