What do you mean by "speak"?

I know nothing about the different OFED versions so I can't help you much but I think you will need to give some additional information on what exactly is failing.

Also, have you tried the IB support which is in your distro?  Is that not possible to use?

Hello,
I want to know if someone has experimented problems in building an etherogeneus cluster that consists of
-            A-nodes with Infiniband Mellanox ConnectX card, OFED 1.5.4 software
-            B-nodes with Infiniband Intel card, OFED 3.5.2 software
-            switch Voltaire
each node in their own group (A-node or B-node) speaks with the other in their group BUT nodes in the A group don't speak with nodes in the B group and vice-versa.

Can you help me?
