[Ofa_boardplus] Minutes from today's Board meeting

Discussed multiple items, but of note is that the November schedule is
thrown off by both SC23 and Thanksgiving Holiday in the U.S.  Our plans for
November meetings are as follows:

Nov. 2 - XWG
Nov. 9 - Possible XWG
Nov. 16 - Canceled due to SC23
Nov. 23 - Canceled due to U.S. Holiday
Nov. 30 - Off-Cadence Board meeting
