[Ofa_boardplus] Minutes from today's off-cadence Board meeting

[Doug Ledford]

The proposed changes to the Membership Policy were slightly refined and
then approved.

We then discussed some membership related items of interest and made plans
to reconvene next week at the XWG meeting to discuss directions for our
involvement with AI related endeavours.
