Suggestions for topics:

1. Have a planning / decision meeting for a given version of OFED
   (e.g., it's time to have the OFED 1.2 meeting in the Very Near
   Future).  Decide things like:

   - What are the features, goals, dates for the series?
   - What drives the release (e.g., features or dates)?

2. Agree upon OFED development procedures.  Discuss things like:

   - Where non-version-specific development should occur and how it
     should happen (e-mailing patches around is *not* preferred)
   - The procedure for how patches are accepted into/rejected from the
     main-line OFED code base
   - How release branches are made
   - How release tarballs are made (should be automated)

3. Have a standing OFED teleconference every N weeks that needs to be
   actively cancelled if there is nothing to discuss.  Appoint someone
   to create and distribute agendas, keep and publish minutes, etc.

X. *All* of the above information should be documented, continually
   updated, and published in a public place (SVN?  Git?  The OFA web
   site?  A wiki?  Doesn't really matter -- but e-mailing the list is
   not sufficient).

		2. Enter your CEC User ID & Password then click OK
		3. Accept any security warnings you receive and wait for the Meeting Room to initialize
		Join the Voice Conference
		1. From the Meeting Room, click on CONNECT (top left pane) and follow the instructions on how to have the system call you or simply follow the Voice only Conference instructions below

Option #2:

		Internet Users - Outside the Cisco Intranet 
		Join the Web Conference
		1. Go to: http://meetingplace.cisco.com/join.asp?2109226 
		Warning: Not all meetings are scheduled to allow external participants into the Web Conference. If for any reason this URL does not launch the Web Conference, please attend the meeting via the Voice only Conference instructions below
		2. Fill in the My Name is field then click Attend Meeting, if you have a CEC User ID - click on the Cisco Icon
		3. Accept any security warnings you receive and wait for the Meeting Room to initialize
		Join the Voice Conference
		1. From the Meeting Room, click on CONNECT (top left pane) and follow the instructions on how to have the system call you or simply follow the Voice only Conference instructions below

TO ATTEND A VOICE ONLY CONFERENCE 
		All Users
		1. Dial into Cisco MeetingPlace (see Local & Global Access Numbers link above)
		2. Press 1 to attend the meeting 
3. Follow the prompts to enter the Meeting ID 2109226 and join the meeting
