*        OFED 4.17-1 build/test (March 25th) - add RHEL7.6 and SLES12.4 backport support

o   Backports/packages - rdma_core at v17.4, libfabric/perftest at v1.7.0,

o   New: rdma-core failing when missing dependencies at later stage. Can install.pl fail earlier like the way it fails for tcl-devel, etc?
