[openib-general] outstanding patches

Hello!
The list of my current patches outstanding: these fix kernel oopsen/hangs
in our current stack.

IPoIB:
ipoib_flush_wq_1.patch
ipoib_flush_wq_2.patch

Roland, did you have the time to consider alternatives to adding
flush flag to dev_down?

MAD:
mad_port_close.patch

Sean, how about a more efficient way to solve this without
scanning all ports?

Guys, in both cases, how about we get this at least into the svn
tree so I can stop tracking them and they get some review/testing?
