This is more detailed than requested, but I started a new matrix to capture the requirements of the utility providers.  This would need to be mapped to the provider requirement matrix to see which providers can map over another.

I'll ask the maintainers to update the matrix with real data, versus my quick guesses.  My hope is that this can be expanded to include some application level requirements, such as what MPICH needs.
