[libfabric-users] Another question about completion semantics...

I assume that if a libfabric user requests FI_DELIVERY_COMPLETE completions but a provider doesn't support them it is an error - but if the user requests FI_INJECT_COMPLETE completions but the provider only supports FI_DELIVERY_COMPLETE is it acceptable for the provider to simply use the more stringent type of completions?
