[Ofa_boardplus] Technical Planning Committee Meetings -- request for Workshop Themes

You'll recall, Paul Grun requested additional detail on candidate themes
some of you suggested at our first TPC meeting last Friday.

I'm happy to report sent an excellent response from Chris -- exactly what
Paul was looking for. I'm asking for others of you who received the request
to do the same
