[Ofa_boardplus] Voteable item for 12/13/18 OFA Board Meeting attached

Hi Paul,

Just read it in preparation of the call. I am not a lawyer, but it looks
good to me. Two nits:


(1) Redundancy in 'DATA WE COLLECT' section (two times 'browser
extensions')

Technical Data: internet protocol (IP) addresses, login data, browser type
and version, time zone setting and location, browser extensions, and user
agents, operating system, URL visited, browser extensions, methods ...




(2) General:

'the Site' vs 'this site'.

I think we shall stay with what we introduced in the opening section, which
is 'the Site' for referencing our http appearance.

'SECUTITY' and 'THIRD PARTY LINKS' sections have 'This site' in the text.
