[Ofa_boardplus] Cancel tomorrow's Board meeting; Re-schedule the December meeting, Brief poll enclosed

We'll cancel tomorrow's Board meeting, and taking the wise counsel of some Board members, let's re-schedule the December meeting.  There should be nothing preventing us from doing so, provided that sufficient notice is given.  Please speak up if you have an objection.
