[Ofa_boardplus] Tomorrow's Board meeting

In addition to SC18 it's also Linux Plumbers this week.  I concur with
Dec 20 probably not being a high turnout date and second the thought of
an off-schedule board meeting when more can attend if it's within scope
of rules.
