[Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for 10/4 XWG meeting

We have several important topics that require XWG discussion and input:


  1.  2019 Budget Discussion - This discussion is the preparation for possibly making some hard decisions at our next Board meeting.
  2.  Interop Program - This is the XWG's first detailed exposure to some interesting developments in the Interop program
  3.  GDPR - (tentative) depending on input from the lawyers, it's time for the XWG to carefully review the results of the GDPR work we've been doing.
  4.  2019 Workshop - Group discussion on managing the 2019 workshop's technical content.
