[Ofa_boardplus] XWG meeting for tomorrow, 2/7, is cancelled

No pressing issues requiring XWG attention, so I think we'd make better use of the time working on our writing tasks for the Bylaws.
I'm not yet sure about next Thursday (please send along agenda topics if you have them), but we will be voting to approve a new IWG co-chair on Thursday, 2/21/19.
