1. A document describing the current Bylaws 
2. A DRAFT motion concerning a one-month Membership review for discussion by the XWG in anticipation of a vote at next week's Board meeting.

Subject: [Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for this Thursday's XWG

We will be addressing two major topics this week:

1) The new bylaws are finally ready for company review (we think, discussion this week, with a vote on a proposal at next week's Board meeting)

2) The new Fabric Manager Framework discussion have progressed to the point where those involved are interested in creating an official working group, discussion this week with a potential vote on a Working Group charter at next week's Board meeting

The Agenda and Minutes to be approved are attached to this email.

The meeting logistics are not included here because we are planning on switching to WebEx but we still have a little more work to do to change the meeting logistics.  If we switch to WebEx, we'll send an update to this list and also update the OFA Calendar with the next logistics information.
