Here are the Board Meeting Minutes for 20 August.


1.     We approved a 1 month review period of new Bylaws

2.     We approved a 1 month review period of the new Intellectual Property Rights Policy.

3.     We approved a charter for a new Working Group to work on an Abstract Fabric Management Framework with Mike Aguilar as an Interim Working Group Co-Chair

4.     We approved new FSDP Working Group Co-Chairs, Tatiana Niklova (Intel) and Doug Ledford (IBM).
