[Ofa_boardplus] Gen-Z Voteable Item for Thursday's Board Meeting

As discussed at recent OFA XWG meetings, and reviewed in detail at the last XWG meeting, HPE plans to offer the following voteable item on behalf of the OFA at this Thursday's Board Meeting:

Motion: The OFA Board of Directors adopt the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the Gen-Z Consortium and the OpenFabrics Alliance.
