[Ofa_boardplus] Motion for preliminary approval of the FSDP program

As discussed at last week's XWG meeting, there will be a motion for preliminary approval of the FSDP program offered in time for this week's Board meeting.
The intent of the processes implemented in the OFA with regard to motions and voting is to ensure that topics requiring a vote of the Board are presented for discussion as far in advance of the target Board meeting as is practical, the idea being to prevent last minute, surprise motions.
Clearly, the FSDP has been discussed on quite a few occasions both in past XWG meetings and Board meetings, and the actual text of the proposed motion was reviewed at last Thursday's XWG meeting.
Nevertheless, you can expect to see a motion placed on the wire shortly this afternoon, with a request to vote on it at this Thursday's Board meeting.
