[Ofa_boardplus] DRAFT Membership Policy and General Policies

Bylaws team -

I have updated the two policy documents as discussed at last week's Bylaws
meeting, and pushed them to the OFA repo.  They can be found here:

The general policy document still needs the sections on the budget process
and insurance filled in.

 

Doug, if you agree, I think these two are ready for a first reading in
tomorrow's XWG meeting, for the purpose of introducing these policies to the
XWG.
