[Ofa_boardplus] Tomorrow's Board meeting

Tomorrow is a busy day with lots of votes:

1) Elections of officers
2) Vote on Trilateral work register with SNIA/DMTF
3) Vote on proposal to create a new TAC
4) Close the 30 day bylaws review period and discuss next steps

I've attached the final versions (hopefully, there's always room for
friendly amendments the day of) of the TAC proposal and the trilateral
work register for people to review in detail prior to the meeting.

As always, meeting logistics are available from the OFA calendar.
