[Ofa_boardplus] VOTE - OFA/SNIA/DMTF Trilateral work register

Hello Board members,

At last week's Board meeting, we ran out of quorum before we had a
chance to vote on this trilateral work register.  Because the two
other organizations are waiting on us, and because the bylaws
currently allow this, we would like to do a vote-by-mail on this item
instead of waiting for the July Board meeting.

That being the case, Red Hat/IBM proposes that the OFA accept the
trilateral work register attached to this email.

Director's, please respond publicly to this mailing list with your
vote.  When we have enough votes one way or another to declare the
issue settled, we will accept those results and pass that information
on to SNIA and DMTF.
