[Ofa_boardplus] No XWG/Board meetings this month

We didn't really have any issues to bring up this week, so we planned
to cancel this week's meeting.  Then, things *might* come up during
further weeks, but next week people are preparing for SC21, then the
week after *is* SC21, and finally the week after is Thanksgiving
holiday in the US.  So, our next anticipated XWG meeting is Dec. 2nd
and I expect we will have lots of stuff to cover that day.  Everyone
enjoy this busy month and we'll meet up again soon.  Any urgent issues
we can handle on this mailing list or you can send the leadership team
direct emails (me, Phil Cayton, Michael Aguilar, John Byrne).
