4.       OpenFabrics Management Framework (OFMFWG) Charter for review


  *   We discussed the proposed Charter
  *   Michael Aguilar (Sandia) and Christian Pinto (IBM) are currently submissions for the open Co-Chair positions.
  *   A vote on the Charter and the Co-Chairs will occur on Thursday, 18 August.
