[Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for this week's Board meeting: NOTICE - There is a votable item on the agenda

Agenda is attached.  Our prior bylaws vote was in fact in violation of
CA state code, so there will be a proposal put forward to redo the
vote in a manner compliant with CA state code.  As always, meeting
details are available on the OFA website's Calendar.
