[Ofa_boardplus] Updated Agenda for today's Board meeting

[Doug Ledford]

After a considerable time with me acting as the Interim Chair of the
Marketing Working Group, we now have some people who are volunteering to be
Co-Chairs.  As such, we will officially re-open nominations today, and plan
for a final vote on the position at next month's Board meeting.
