[Ofa_boardplus] Today's XWG meeting

Agenda attached.  In a nutshell, this is just to refresh everyone's mind
about the proposed policies we had made before in the original bylaws vote
when we had the bylaws and policies both being voted on together.  We can
discuss any potential changes we might want to make to those policies.
