[Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for tomorrow's Board meeting

Hi everyone,

Tomorrow is an exceptionally important Board meeting, I would to voice
the desire that as many Board members as possible attend.  The votes
are in from our recent Bylaws vote and we need to decide how to
proceed.
