[Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for this week's OFA Board meeting - 2 Votable items

Hi everyone,

We will be holding the Board meeting this week and have two votable items:
1) An amendment to the Membership Policy to grant access to NDA materials
shared with us from our partners for Voting level memberships and above
(this is primarily pre-release materials, and once things are officially
released, they are released publicly, so the NDA information is only short
lived until release)
2) Ratifying our proposed 2024 budget and dues
