[Ofa_boardplus] Agenda for this week's OFA Board meeting - 2 Votable items

Hi Doug,
regarding 1) below: What is the item about? Is it to agree on the text of an amendment to the Membership Policy _plus_ immediate voting to make it part of the MP document? Or are we just developing the text to consensus and giving some grace period letting the members go back to their lawyers to check if that is all good?

We will be holding the Board meeting this week and have two votable items:
1) An amendment to the Membership Policy to grant access to NDA materials shared with us from our partners for Voting level memberships and above (this is primarily pre-release materials, and once things are officially released, they are released publicly, so the NDA information is only short lived until release)
2) Ratifying our proposed 2024 budget and dues
