[Ofa_boardplus] This week's Board meeting has a votable item

At the last Board meeting, we gave notice of intent to have a proposal for vote in regards to replacing our in person workshop with a series of webinars.  We will be presenting the options Nereus has given us for possible means of accomplishing this goal and costs and expect to discuss the options and preferably have a vote on a proposal to move forward.
