[Ofa_boardplus] This week's Board meeting has a votable item

May I ask to try to get the voting on the table at the end of the first half of the meeting? I have a conflict tonight and can only attend first half of the call. I hope we will be able to converge and ready to vote by then. Let's see!

At the last Board meeting, we gave notice of intent to have a proposal for vote in regards to replacing our in person workshop with a series of webinars. We will be presenting the options Nereus has given us for possible means of accomplishing


At the last Board meeting, we gave notice of intent to have a proposal for vote in regards to replacing our in person workshop with a series of webinars.  We will be presenting the options Nereus has given us for possible means of accomplishing this goal and costs and expect to discuss the options and preferably have a vote on a proposal to move forward.
