[Ofmfwg] Updates to OFMF-GenZ-POC and OFMF-Framework repositories

Greetings all,

I have added support for POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE in the emulator for objects (right now, those under /Storage; /Chassis - Drives, NetworkAdapters, Memory, MemoryDomains and MemoryChunks, and MediaControllers; /Systems and FabricAdapters; /Fabrics and Zones, Connections, Endpoints and EndpointGroups).

If we need additional objects enabled please let me know, but I have hereby removed the limitation of POST/DELETE to update the objects; use PATCH to add or change existing properties but if you want to remove properties, you'll need to use PUT.

We should be good to go now - I think the next step is to clearly identify what items need to be expanded to call the agents to populate, and work out that API.

Attached is a doc that covers sample interactions, using Postman for the client, including how to build the requests for each command.
