[Ofmfwg] SC21 Preparation update

Everyone

The Redfish/Swordfish Emulator is close to being finished, the Gen-Z Agent is well into development, and development continues on the Proof-of-Concept GUI interface and the Gen-Z Northbound interface.

Also, we have some initial slides for the BoF.
