Hi everyone

Please find attached the current draft of the CXL use cases document. The first workflow on initial resource discovery can be currently reviewed. Please provide any feedback/comments. The rest of the workflows related to host to memory binding have an open issue that we need to clarify and we are working on it. We will update the document soon.
