[Ofmfwg] Use-case: ComputerSystems creation via Constrained Composition requests

Hello everyone,

based on the discussion that we had last Friday, I would like to share a first draft describing the following use-case: ComputerSystem creation via Constrained Composition through the ComposabilityService.

The goal of this use-case is starting a discussion on how to provide Redfish Composability capabilities in the context of the OFMF.
