[Ofmfwg] Sunfish---Composability Manager docs update

I added in the Composability Manager ML framework.  I’ll start to build Use-Case descriptions on the design.  Blocks added take in information on network hops, latency, hardware issues, bandwidth, and resource aggregation information.
