Near node buffer with Flux

Mike is looking to wrap up the near node buffer use case with Flux.

Russ is looking to resolve the disconnect between Redfish, Sunfish and H3 and how they model the FAM devices. The Redfish model seems to be missing the endpoints associated with the physical devices. Russ is working with DMTF to resolve the Redfish model as the mockups are using the Redfish model.

Looking to focus on datacenter use case next.
