     *   Continue discussion on creating a Swordfish resource manager that leverages the Sunfish core library. Work on a high-level breakdown of what needs to be done when knapsack scheduler needs to provision a volume for a specific workload.
  *   Code changes
     *   Russ fixed the context issue in event handler support routine. The issue was partial context was passed in and not the whole context. Russ will work on event handling support for deletes.
