Hi James,
I am a little rusty on IBAL MAD layer (been 2 years since I worked on
it).
With that disclaimer : It used to be that only a single client only
could be
registered for each class/attribute on the IBAL MAD layer.
The error in that case would be during the "bind" call to the OSM
vendor.
