[Users] qib0 kernel parameters

Hello,
While looking into some job failures on our clusters running QLogic HCAs, it seems there are a couple parameters, krcvqs and rcvhdrcnt, that may need setting.
LLNL's bugzilla mentions them on a few tickets and I found a QLogic release note pdf that gives suggestions for Intel chips and Lustre/GPFS.

Does anyone know where I find more detailed info on what these parameters do and guidelines for setting them?
