[libfabric-users] Do libfrabic applications run on RoCE?

The subject line pretty much says it all.  Will libfabrics applications run on a cluster that has RoCE, but no hardware infiniband?  How about if the cluster only had SoftRoCE (SoftRoCE is a software-only implementation of RoCE and it does not require RoCE-enable network adapters)?
