[Ofa_boardplus] Board agenda topic: project review

I maintain a report on OFA projects which is usually reviewed by our
leadership team at weekly meetings. I'm attaching it for your review as it
will be an agenda item at Paul's request.

Paul is asking for a serious review to see if we have the right projects
and priorities. A beneficial outcome could be a Promoter sees a project
they'd like to become involved in.

The final outcome should be a clear sense of the Board's priorities.
