[Ofa_boardplus] OFA - Agenda for Board Meeting 4/18/19

You will see an agenda item called "Project Review".  Our Executive Director has, for quite a while, been maintaining a running list of projects currently underway in the OFA.  The Leadership Team uses this list at its weekly meetings to guide its work.  It seemed appropriate to review this list with the Board with the hope of achieving the following outcomes:

  *   Keep the Board engaged in setting the OFA's direction
  *   Solicit input and feedback on any of the existing projects
  *   Add new projects to the list that may have been overlooked
  *   Eliminate old projects that are not deemed worthwhile
  *   Provide an opportunity for Promoter members to engage directly in executing these projects.
The two voteable items on the agenda have been discussed at recent XWG meetings and are now ready for Board action.
