Hi Paul,
Dropping the non-OFA emails.
After a quick review, this seems fine. It does mention sharing marketing costs. Have we done this with other fabrics? I wonder if vendors might object to possibly sharing costs with a competitor if we did not offer the same opportunities.

Please note: I am planning to seek permission to accelerate this month’s Board Meeting by one week from Thursday, March 19 to Thursday March 12. This is necessary to avoid a conflict with the OFA Workshop.
