[Ofa_boardplus] Director and Officer (D&O) insurance and related

This was discussed at today's Board Meeting. I was asked to distribute a
quote we received in the last very few days. This will be the subject of a
vote at our next Board meeting

BTW, I was asked some questions in today's meeting I wasn't able to answer.
I sent them to our insurance broker and will forward answers as soon as I
get them
