     *   Intel, HPE, FTI, LLNL, IBM, Redhat, Sandia National Lab, OFA Chair
  *   Introducing/Welcoming new board representative Korry Nguyen (RedHat)
  *   Financials update (John B.)
     *   Membership update
        *   ORNL has not renewed
        *   Huawei has not yet renewed - Doug Ledford to get an definitive membership renewal answer
     *   Ended 2024 with $22.7 in the bank
     *   $117K received as dues in 2025
     *   $10K reserved in budget to shut down FSDP
     *   $10.5K reserved for webinars/seminars
     *   Total budget is $95K for 2025
  *   Shutting down the FSDP (Doug L.)
     *   Would save ~$39K/year
     *   Disposition of 11 servers (10 1U, 1 larger 'build' server), 1x 100Gbps switch, 1x 20Gbps IB switch, 1x OPA switch, 2x 48 port 1Gbps switches
     *   Doug L. to contact UNH-IOL about shutting down the FSDP
     *   Doug L. to contact the owners of the donated equipment to request preferred disposition (ship back and to where, or 'e-waste')
  *   OFA Membership (Doug L.)
     *   FTI joined
     *   ORNL has not renewed
     *   Huawei has not yet renewed
  *   OFMF WG update:
     *   Sunfish (Mike A.)
        *   New development and coding work, including debugging and refactoring code, code documentation, including better merging discipline
        *   Sunfish/FLUX integration - PoC FLUX prolog allocation of NVMe devices and later on tighter on integration for FLUX job allocation of available devices
        *   Plan to update Sunfish documentation and refactor Sunfish repositories
        *   Mike to give an internal Sandia talk WW07 and plans for another international talks 'soon'
     *   WG Co-Chair nomination: Russ Herrell (Phil C.)
        *   Nomination (Mike, Phil) for Russ H. as Co-Chair of the OFMFWG
        *   Passed without objection/abstention
     *   Doug Ledford to determine if he is allowed to be the HPE OFMF WG representative.
     *   Supercomputing '25 (Mike A.)
        *   Mike is on the SC25 planning committee
  *   Libfabric update (Phil C.)
  *   2025 Webinar Series - Nereus Program Proposal with Board for review
     *   Cadence: either 6x or 4x per year
        *   Agenda item for March OFA Board meeting: Proposal that OFA move from a conference to a series of webinars (for at least 2025)
     *   Ideas for webinar / panel topics (MWG determines proposed list; Board reviews)
        *   RDMA direct to GPU (Feeding the AI Beast) - potential collaboration with NVMe, SNIA, other groups
        *   Sunfish development
        *   Sunfish Core
        *   Sunfish hardware agents
        *   Sunfish clients (e.g. fuzzball, Kubernetes)
        *   Sunfish use cases (e.g. quantum compute nodes as CDI resources, I/O topics, Cerebras wafer scale nodes)
