[ofiwg] Libfabric 2.5.0rc2 is out

The source packages can be downloaded from https://github.com/ofiwg/libfabric/releases/tag/v2.5.0rc2

There are dozens of bug fixes since rc1.

Known issue for rc2: compilation warning about uninitialized dummy variable when building fabtests 
dmabuf-rdma tests. This will be fixed in GA. 

The new date for GA is 3/20.
